What's up with some cyclists?

I've noticed when posting on some cycling etiquette threads that some don't 'like' my posts. I always try and 'like' other cyclists' posts but it seems some are too arrogant.

It's always those with the fancy road bikes that don't acknowledge me.

What's up with that??

He must make a fortune from these threads. You never see him in the quality cheap gear from Aldi. Only expensive cycling clobber. He doesn't know what he's missing

Aldi? You posh git. Some of us wage slaves can only afford lidl gear. I know one guy who is so skint he made an Endura waterproof jacket from Netto carrier bags.

Which to be fair is probably how Endura make them.
