After nearly 2 weeks off and to much food i got out tonight for a spin on my 24 mile circuit so i was not hoping for any records.
Rolling terrain with a nice drag near the end .
Could not believe the speedo when i got home , i cracked evens !!
    20.2 mph average ^_^

Well done 20 mph does seem to be the number most cyclists want to hit.

20mph? Nice one sir, I was impressed with breaking 18 the other day, 20 is dreamland...

Thanks , one thing i did notice was that the bike did take a while to accelerate .....N+1 for a super light bike methinks.
Scratch that as SWMBO would walk out and the scales say i put on 5 llbs in a week and half of to much food, regular beer and not commuting

20 mph average - nice one. My best is 18.5 (although it was on a 60 mile ride so that's my excuse lol).

I could spend a pile of money to shave a few ounces off my bike but I figure I could also put in a bit more of an effort and shave a few pounds off me instead
