Come to think of it I had one yesterday (sorry noodley)!! I fecked my back up which is why I can't ride Saturday.

18.4 miles average 19.7mph... almost the 20mph mark.

I also set a PB tonight, but for 21.19miles in 59:22, which is an average of 21.4mph, I'm sure it'd be faster if I was doing it in an organised TT, I think I need to aim to go to at least 25 miles as no where does 20mile TT's

I don't think I'll know my PB for a 10miler untill next year since I dont think I'll be able to make myself ride as fast(or slow) as I do in an organised TT.

Yesterday it was pretty windy for some of the ride and I did 24 miles @ 20.5mph avg. I need to aim for 22mph in low wind conditions now though.

I go to Paris - Salon des Vignerons Independants - around October each year.
Spend Thursday evening 'training' at 'my Club' in Millandy.
Friday is The Salon. (This year it is late - 26th - 30th November)
Friday night is...(apart from music night...)
Saturday: Big 'tasting' at luchtime and Eurostar home to London - about 19:00)
Eurostar - the luggage rack.

We held a bit of a party on Eurostar on the way back...

Vosne Romanée 03 is yummy now... and Saint Amour 03 - not bad either. (Have drunk a bottle of each - for research purposes)
