PC File Manager for iPhone

Anyone got any recommendations for a PC File Manager for iPhone ?

My iCloud storage is full and I want to pull all the photos off.

I'm on Windows 10.

Have tried a few programs but they either dont install or dont load.

Assuming there are stored in the default photo location then you don't need one - you can just plug directly in and use Windows Explorer.

Sod it, you are right. I am saved, thank you. (I only just installed the PC iCloud manager today, so i'm a noobie)

Issue I have is, my iphone backup is full, and 5GB of my photos are backed up, but older ones are not.

I would suggest you delete the backups and that may free up some space.
