With respect to Peanut, he'll be back. People who leave the site for one reason or another usually do. He's a good egg so wish him well and see him back here soon. He's also got a lot on his plate at the moment with his father.

I can't understand it either. People should just go if they feel unhappy, or want to take a break. To me, it seems like craving attention, fishing for compliments and wanting to be talked out of it otherwise.

I really have no opinion of peanut as I really can't say I recollect anything he posted (though the 'victim of own success' thread rings a bell). That's really not intended as a slight on him as I don't really have to much of an idea of anyone on forums! I just read the posts!
