Peculiar Email

Last night an email arrived from smart@samsungcamera.com which, one assumes, was intended for someone else but was wrongly addressed.​

The photo's are disappointingly dull and the only text in it says "Sent to you via Samsung Smart Camera WB150" but I am intrigued... what is it?​

Clearly it's the four channel version, and if I'm not mistaken it's in a Schroff box. It's an old design, or is just a signal conditioning unit that plugs into another doodah, because no PC takes a 9 or 15 pin D-Type these days.
