pedal/cleat question

I am currently using Time RXS Racer pedals on my road bike.
I got some look Keo Max pedals thrown in free as part of the deal on the bike.
My Q is this -
I plan to buy another road bike in next 3 months on C2W & I was considering fitting the Keo's to that to save cash - although I do like Time pedals.
Will the time cleats on my shoes fit the Keo's ??
I have 2 pairs of shoes - 1 brand new with cleats not fitted yet.
If they are not interchangeable I might have to sell the Keo's & buy a set of Time's newer models.

I got a Set of look Keo Max 2 carbons as OEM on my bikes and was running shimano on the other bike, so needed to run one type of pedal. The Looks were a much nicer pedal than the shimano so I got another pair of looks, Ti blades, for the good bike and put the Keo Max's not he winter bike. I love the look pedals.

The look and Time cleats aren't interchangeable sadly, so you will probably need to but a single brand of pedal. Me I chose Look over Shimano, but I understand you might want to go Time. Personal choice.
