permanent mudguards

I use my Cannondale F6 for commuting to work and would like to fit mudguards, I want them to be a permanent fixture and thus dont want clip on ones, are there any available?, Ive looked at various websites but havent seen anything suitable.I think the main problem will be fitting them to the Dart 2 forks, anybody any ideas?

P clips ? - simple alternative to not having fittings possibly.

I am a loss as how to fix the mudguards underneath the Rockshox as theres no lug to attach to, may have to settle for clip ons after all.
