Permission?

Just tried to open an email notification called ,dealing with antisocial behaviour,in cycle chat cafe,and a box opened saying i didnt have permission to view this,any ideas? cheers.

I read it and posted on it. Nothing too exciting Col, I suspect that the OP will be just as glad to see it gone (now that he's sobered up .
