2 year's of commuting on this 5.5mile route and I've tagged a new PB for the inbound route. Average speed 20.8 mi/hr.

A slight tailwind and a very pleasing set of green lights (a couple of amber) combined with the lack of traffic! I wasn't really pushing it till about halfway when I realised there was a good chance of breaking 20.

Now will the conditions remain good all week?!

Congratulations -but that means your commute takes you around 16 minutes? I'd be tempted to add on a couple of miles!

Well done with the PB

I've improved my PB by nearly 3 minutes in the past 6 weeks. Now down to 48 minutes for a 13.8 mile commute I'm really tempted to do it on my Wilier road bike one day but I'd have to bring all my stuff into work the previous day so that I could travel light. Oh, and the other thing that puts me off using it is one part at the start of my route is along a gravel path in Strathclyde Park
