Personal injury claim

Has anyone been through a personal injury claim where an injury that appeared to have cleared up possibly hadn't and needed invasive treatment a significant time after the event (but before case settled)
and it was difficult to prove a link?

You will need to speak to the solicitor and get another medical assessment.
Causation will be down to whether the medics can prove or disprove a link.
The fact that the claim has not been closed is of a great benefit to you.
