I have a personal plate so I guess I rate in some of your eyes as C11NT and a TO55ERS.
However, having bought a new car, yes I would probably count as a rich TO55ER as well, the plates offered with my Skoda were all variations of KAK and KAC. So not wanting to drive another car with KAK on it due to the PI55 taking I decided to find another plate. The cheapest plates the DVLA were selling were ones with a shortened version of my name on it due to it bing an unpopular name. So I bought one of them. I also got one with an older year letter on it as I was working with underprivilaged people at the time and they had an awfully big chip on their shoulders about people who bought new cars and people who bought budget Skodas.
Anyway, they apreciated (believed) that I bought an old Skoda that happened to have my name on the plate, I said nothing about it at all to change their view and I was able to contine my work with them without incidents.
