Well 6 months after arrival an early morning tinkering session today has finally been rewarded with a short road test

A few adjustments still required but it rides at long last .

Yeah all was good once tub's inflated to 120 psi .
Need to sort front mechanism out but otherwise good.

For what it's worth the graphics look around 1980.

0 1 at the start of the serial number suggests Jan 1980

Well I have been doing test miles on this for the last week on and off.

just got back from an early morning ride on it , I think this will do.

It goes ok, changes gear ok and stops very well what more do you want .

Apart from equalling the brake cables up .... doh

Handed this over to its new owner tonight a young local lad who hopefully will be riding it more often than me

I've told the lad that's bought my RRA that he's not allowed to ride it drunk! That's what his Schwinn Cruiser's for, can't see any other point in it
