3 have offered me an upgrade, N96 or Blackberry bold 9000, 500 calls, unlimited txts, email and internet for 30 pounds a month. Is this good?
I have started using Skype on my phone to my mates on 3 so I'm paying for less mins, my N95 ha seen better days after being used in an outdoor job last year and I really need a cheaper plan.
My contract isnt up till September.
My credit record is shot to feck, not sure I would get another contract with another company.

I dont know if I should go for an upgrade or wait and go to a highstreet shop and try and get a sweet deal.

I'm a succer for a nice sales person

I have the skypephone s2 from 3. contract at £12 / month, although I see this is now at £20

The blackberry bold is pretty much useless if you don't sync it with your e-mail. I personaly don't like the interface of the blackberrys and would go with pretty much anything else.

Is there an option to stick with your current phone and upgrade when the N97 comes out, which is pretty much round the corner?

Never having tried anything else I think the Blackberry is brilliant. As a business tool it works impeccably, you can even do free texting through the BB server with other BB users. I use it frequently for quick free messages to overseas colleagues.

Sync? Whats that mean? I use gmail, is that ok?

Yeah I recon I could wait a bit longer my existing on isnt falling to bits quite yet, dunno if a very new phone would be as cheap as a model that had been around for a while?
