Can someone recommend a website to organise a photo competition? I'm a member of a club (not photography) that has an annual competition and we're looking for a free website where the 220 or so members can post their piccies and comment on others'. In the past, we used a dedicated website but the owner has done something of a bunk and is not responding to entreaties.
The basic requirements are:
* easy for everyone to upload a photo from their own computers (some are even technophobicker knuckledraggers than me)
* all members of the club must be able to access the site without restriction (eg passwords, whitelisted email addresses, etc.), see the photos and select their favourite (e.g. by liking)
* few if any restrictions on photo size
* functionality to add captions, photographer's name, comments, etc.
* free of charge
I've tried Flickr but it seems very cumbersome to include 220 people in a community and I had a quick look at Google but was not impressed. Does anyone have any other suggestions, preferably based on direct or similar experience?
