Photo editing app

Take some nice pictures on my phone but was wondering what's the best app around for editing.I don't want to turn pics into sketches or add stickers just enhance or touch up the images.
What does the cycle chat fountain of knowledge recommend for android.

I use Photogene on the iPhone but I don't know if it's available for Android.

You can use 'Google Photos' to enhance your photographs or if you want a bit more editing capabilities I'd recommend 'Pixlr'
