Had a motorbike accident in September. Been struggling with bad back and a real problem in the left calf Andretti tricep. Went for physio this week and the guy said he would massage the mid and lower back as well as the left shoulder and this would start the healing process for the rest!

I told him that my left thigh had no issues, so how could it radiate to the calf? But told him that I trust whatever he had planned.

Massage was beyond painful on the back. Literally putting a lot of pressure on the muscle either side of my spine. Been painful for 3 days but felt more upright.

Cycled in the rain today. Back on the Defy, which is admittedly higher at the bars than the Bianchi. No sign of the knee problems and subsequent cramp in the calf whatsoever. Felt far more balanced pedalling and managed to get horizontal on the top tube on a long downhill section. Far lower than ever before!

I don't feel totally fixed, although don't expect to after 1 session, but am pleasantly surprised!

Anyone else experienced this at all?
