Physiology test

A couple of mates of mine have had the test and they keep saying i should.
Im only two months into racing so im not sure im ready to go that in depth yet, plus it costs £150.

Is it worth getting the test done.

I have had it done.
As with anything it's value depends upon your knowledge to understand the data and make use of it.
For most people I think it has little value as they lack the knowledge/experience to know how to use the data effectively.

Are your mates winning a lot of races?

Good point, im still in the learning period which im slowly getting to grips with but looking at the results from one of them it means hardly anything to me.

Both are better than me but on a good day im close to one of them and were all Cat 4s and have raced about 12 races now.
