Pics on Android phone - Help!

The phone is a Ulefone Paris.
The pics are in folders, whattsap, camera etc but general phones pics seem to be lumped together randomly. For instance, l took some on a day out on the Flying Scotsman, week later at the football, they get messed up together.
I want to do what l can on a PC, make folders, name them and sort to the pics to suit.

Bottom right is a little circle with lines, this will let you change view. When looking at albums there is a +folder top right to add albums, move photos with options top right when viewing individual photos.
