Mmmm..... Ox tongue.I used to like cow's tongue till i worked in a kitchen and opened a catering tin from France of the stuff. A complete tongue fell out covered in jelly!!![]()

You can buy them quite easily in supermarkets these days - they come ready-brined. All you need to do is boil fairly gently for an hour or two. The meat is wonderful.
