I haven't listened to more than the odd snippet of the Archers for years. I wish I could but never remember to listen again to it. I bought a couple of old books one covering the great fire where Grace was killed. It was never of interest to me at that time, I think I was probably too young, but it was interesting to know the background in soap history. I got one about Shula too but got a bit bored with it.

If anyone wants the first one, they can have it for the postage!

Has the Susan-strangling been taken care of yet? Will it be safe to turn on the radio later? I take it you finished off Alice, Pip, Will, Elizabeth and David while you were at it?

It'll be like Midsomer Norton if we kill off all the ones we don't like - that Bergerac fellow will come and investigate or perhaps Colin Dexter would prefer Morse.

By the way, can I add Helen, Wayne and the vicar and his wife to the list on Death Row?
