Anyone got the Cateye TL LD610 Rear Light?

I have a 1/2 watt Smart light on my saddle bag and was thinking about also attaching the Cateye to one of the rear forks, so that the LEDs are in line with the fork...looking at the picture, I'm not sure if that's possible, though.

Does anyone own one? Can you fix it to the rear fork?

The previous version (LD600) can be attached along the seat stay, but not so that it's pointing back at approaching traffic. The best you can do is point them at the eyes of whoever is riding behind you, and very annoying they are too.

I've now bought it from my LBS. I couldn't orientate it to fit on the rear stays (is that the right terminology for the 'rear fork'?), so I put it on the seat tube horizontally. V v bright it is's even got a Knight Rider K.I.T. car mode.
