Need to do longer rides on the tri-bars me thinks, haven't been on them for agggeeess for various reasons.

Yeah, I should be fine for that. I should be able to do about 40 mins on the tri bars tomorrow evening at a slower pace to try and get my back used to it again!

Although I may be knackered after trying out my new running shoes (decided to start running to help me with the 'cross)
