'Fraid not...though I do know Lewisham reasonably well, having once lived in SE London... I'm afraid "Upper Ladywell" is a weak joke in keeping with my CycleChat 'persona' of smutty herbert...upper = "up a" etc in a "Carry On" stylee....
Are you a Lewishamite? There used to be a nice real ale pub on Ladywell Rd, I think....
