Make sure you poperly lubricate, friction when fettling is not a good thing.

Ooh yes, and I always grease my hubs, and I've never had any complaints about the pressure I get from my pump Mind you, my bollocks need a bit of attention

I like a 'big ring/s' but I takes me that long - hours wise' - usually until i'm all bonked out...that i pick my rides carefully !- no short-sharp-cutnthrust ride wi' me yuh know
