Yikes that must have taken some finding. Not the exact same one but very close. The real thing had the date, 1943, stamped across the bottom where the SKY ones have 'Original'. I shopped the original image a bit to hide the clues to it's origins. Here he is, the man [on the bike] who inadvertantly invented 'bicycle day'. [April 19th]
That was a good spot though ComedyPilot, I didn't figure anyone to find that if they didn't know what to look for.
