Ah, it's ok, it's dried out now!
I didn't drop it in anything, it was in my pocket. This tells you how wet I got at work yesterday.
Felt utterly lost without it. Normally, I'd text to say I was on the train from York, then confirm I'd made the connection at Piccadilly, then say I was on the way up from the station. How quickly we forget what it was like when you made an arrangement and either turned up, or found a payphone to change things!
Not helped by TPE cancelling the train I intended to get, leaving me a tight connection in Manchester, so I worried about it all the way over (under) the Pennines. Still, it took my mind of standing the whole way....
