I seem to recall a case, I think it was Mold Crown Court in the 70s. where a heavily pregnant woman wanted her unconsummated marriage annulled. I cannot remember if I read it in the papers or heard it from someone - do you know the story? Perhaps, it is just an urban myth

But I remember working with a guy......(nice but a bit slow) who starting going out with a girl and after 2 months it became obvious she was pregant and quite advanced. When we said to him "listen-the baby cannot be yours" he spoke to her then told us "it is mine-she said it's a very quick baby". They ended up married but (for some reason) it didn't work out.

The judge did comment on thae fact that there were no reports of a star in the East
