Mmmm Cropwell Bishop Stilton .

I don't get up to see the family (in Bingham) too often but when I do I always pick some up.

I always favoured the Quenby Hall Stilton, but they stopped doing it despite winning the supreme award at the British cheese awards 2009.


Update: Dug about a bit, it seems they won an M&S contract, expanded too quickly and ran out of money. Shame.
