Apparently cats are largely colour blind. They can distinguish blue, but the other colours sort of merge into shades of grey, so pink is probably not so shocking to the victim in this case.
Someone harmlessly dyes a cat pink, and we are up in arms, yet we have for years bred dogs to the stage where they cannot breathe or see properly and are condemned to a life of pain with congenital problems with hips.
Yet this is acceptable and celebrated?

You should try washing a Persian after he miss-judged the height of the car i had just drained the oil out of and he slid down the rear wing....you guessed it SPLAT !!! It was like a scene from a beach full of washed sea birds after an oil tanker runs aground !
