Algie was featured on the One Show the other night, breaking his teather, causing havoc with air traffic control and drifting about 40 miles and landing in Kent somewhere.

No doubt many fans already know this but for those that don't, if you can get hold of the DVD of them Live at Pompeii (in the amphitheater) circa 1972, just them no audience, it is mind blowing, especially Echoes off the Meddle album. Brings me out in goose bumps every time.

Not in this case. it's the original with remastered audio, plus additional cheap CGI of the Vesuvius eruption... absolutely shocking.

Another great version is on David Gilmour Remember That Night Royal Albert Hall 2006 DVD. Worth getting for the late Mr Bowie as a guest right at the end.

Also, check out the DG 2002 gig with an encore of Comfortably Numb at the end, Bob Geldof as guest and quite possibly the best version of that famous riff....
