Pink Moon

Hiya, this was my attempt to get a pic of Wednesday nights Pink Moon ,
Did anyone else fair better ...... I know...... it wouldn’t be hard to better it , but it is round ........and pink !! 😂

I got a pair of binoculars out last night to have a look, stunning detail and brighness.
Could'nt be bothered to even try to get a photo....never was a tryer

Thats cos its not pink
Apparently this particular full moon was named by the American Indians after a flower called Pink Moon.
Its actually not a lot different to other full moons.
Thats wat as how I read anyway

My son took some pics two nights ago

I went out on consecutive nights to look at it and took and camera, but TBH I have seen it better.
Venus has been very bright in the western sky this week and will be again tonight.

According to the Marcels in 1961. It really was blue.
