Hi I've just bought the above frame.The website says i need a "BSA threaded 68mm BB shell "
having googled and having little knowledge on BB I wonder if someone could point me in the right direction please.

It's really a case of choosing 68mm when customising. If it doesn't say, BSA is synonymous with "English".

The other thing to consider is, what crankset you want, as that will dictate what bottom bracket you need... The above will work with Tiagra up for Shimano groupsets ; ones that use the hollowtech ii system.

Bottom bracket types are many. You'll probably want to use something like the hollow tech from Shimano or its SRAM equivalent as they are among the lightest. This video will help you decide. You'll also need one or two special tools.

If you go down the Shimano route be aware that they changed the installation tool needed on some newer BB's.

I bought a couple of Shimano BBs recently & they both included an adaptor to enable use of the old tool, So if you need the adaptor I have a spare
