Plans for the weekend?

With a bit of luck I'll get time to finish putting together my new secondhand bike and with a lot of luck I'll have chance to get it dirty.

Working Saturday morning, then a family trip out to the Tower of London (with a detour to Fortnum & Masons for the Mrs (she likes their tea bags) & the whisky shop for me on the way home).
Sunday is my CycleChat ride around Herts, Bucks and into Oxfordshire (weather's looking good).

Sunday is the Blossom Trail bikeaway, a 50 mile bimble around the lanes of the Vale of Evesham. I have my wine gums ready, and this year I've rushed out and bought a water bottle & carrier!

North Wales for the weekend. Family bike ride, bit of digging in the sand !

Saturday is a early start for a 40 mile ride with a buddy, then I might treat myself to some cask ale from the local micro brewery. Sunday will be spent watching eldest son doing 100m hurdles, long jump and triple jump.

Bike jumble at pop up bikes in a few hours then some fettling I suspect. My Birdy is still in pieces in its bag & needs to become a bike again.
