Tonight - finish digging the bit for moving climbing frame tomorrow
Tomorrow - lay matting, move climbing frame, move shed, fettle bike
Sun - Brian Robinson sportive, providing knee is OK. If not, church am as well as evening.

First(1/3) sportive of the year on sunday. Few thousand ft of climbing involved over 60mi.

Saturday night is dog sitting & cow watching.... the dog being an Irish Wolf Hound and the cow being heavily pregnant, overdue and very large (so either a single very large calf or twins and either way going to be a problem...) should be an interesting night in a field!

Ironman 3 at the pictures tonight.

Grass cutting tomorrow, then a bit time with my grandson. Round of the day with a few drinks at the local, with MrsAF of course.

Sunday, unless the weather turns out to bad I should be doing a 70 miler from Alnwick to Holy Island and back via Bamburgh.

All on all not a bad weekend

Recuperating from hernia op. now walking up to 3 miles per day after one week. No cycling, but looking forward to an Indian meal with friends tomorrow night. I hope they behave themselves as it is rather painful to laugh at the moment.

Hiking around the Michiru hills in Blantyre, Malawi - stuck here for work. No cycling :-(

Short ride on Saturday (15miles) then a trip to the microbrewery for some beer, Mrs kipster wants a curry on Saturday night and who am I to say no. Shorter ride on Sunday with mrs kipster (8 miles) then some gardening and perhaps washing the cars, it's amazing how dirty they get just sitting on the drive and not getting used.

Hoping for a ride Saturday morning with the other half, Sunday meeting up with friends going to ride to Regents, i think the three of them are going for a coffee, then i can do a few laps of the outer circle, i know they are going to be a couple of slow rides, might have to get out on my own one evening for a faster ride.
