Helping at a physio stall at a rowing event Saturday morning, off to the rugby in the afternoon and flying off on holiday skiing in Switzerland on Sunday morning. Top weekend!

I am working tomorrow, Saturday, a 12 hour shift. But on Sunday I'll be out and about the Hertfordshire lanes on my trusty Condor.

Going for a long ride in the Peaks tomorrow. I hope the weather is as good as last weekend and my energy levels too!

plan on sunday is to...newton aycliffe -b/auckland-fir tree-wolsingham-stanhope-st johns chaple..then up over the climb to teesdale-langdon beck-middleton in teesdale-eggleston-woodland-toft hill-shildon- newton aycliffe.... need to try my old legs on a big ride should be good

Just cleaned the car inside and out. Toad in the Hole is in the oven, then later off to Sainsbo.
Tomorrow it's a walk round Pitsford Water (Northampton) to do a couple of Geocaches then into the farm shop on the way home.
Sunday, my training plan says 60 miles minimum (Oh Joy!).

I went past Southwell Minster today while training
Tomorrow im working 9-1, then im seeing my GF in town and going to be going around town for abit with her. Then ill ride home.
Sunday ill be out on the club ride, then lieing around and maybe ill have a nap
