First dose was in lockdown (too much plodding around the house in bare feet or slippers), and it's niggled since, but getting slowly less niggly by pretty much always wearing shoes with supportive insoles, indoors or out.
I did discover that one sort of insoles in my proper walking boots actually made it worse (ones that also has support on the non-arch side of the foot), and having taken them out on the walk the discomfort gradually subsided enough to finish the walk vaguely comfortably.
I've got one of those rollers, and probably ought to use it more.
