My younger son formed a band with some friends of his while at school. They used to practice at our house and showed some potential but had a lousy vocalist. The vocalist left and went off to Trinity College Dublin and the band moved out of our house and practiced elsewhere. I've attended a couple of their gigs and was surprised by their ability.

Here's a video of a performance at a beer festival held in a church in Leeds a couple of weeks ago - son forgot to tell me about the beer festival and that they were playing there. They have really come on in the past year. They are supporting Stray and Leaf Hound down south sometime next month should be a quality gig.

Good stuff. Reminds me a bit of another band, but I can't quite put my finger on who it is. They all look like they're enjoying themselves too, which is great!

They all like stuff like Ted Nugent, AC/DC, Thin Lizzie, Hendrix, Stray, Rory Galagher and artists of that ilk.

Their sound is an amalgam of remodelled classic riffs and rhythms. They do enjoy themselves and are getting a lot of young, and not so young, followers.

They have a Facebook page. with heir latest EP on it.

The phrasing of some of he communications on the page sometimes evades comprehension - I must be getting old.

Great stuff Vernon, one proud Dad I would imagine! I know what it's like, my Son and Daughter played in Bands a few years ago. My Daughter sang and played guitar, I bought her a nice paisley telecaster. I used to be the roadie, which was great fun and a nice feeling when they got an appreciative audience.
My Son played Drums in a Band similar to your Son's. They used to practice in our garage, very loud...I really miss those days.
