Please help me identifying my Bianchi

Hi, I have obtained a Bianchi some time ago and been working on it. The previous owner suspects it is from early 90s but not sure. Please help me.
The serial number is H0A29780 i think.

The following are replaced parts:
- seat
- pedals
- front break pads
- tires
- shift cables.

One more info. Chromo Steel frame it is.

Definitely early 90s. Sloping top tube but quill stem. It looks like an entry-level model.
