Some of those posted by me have been concept cars, others like the three-wheeler above were on offs or built in smal numbers.

But, like the "VW camper" above can they be driven on the road or do people just do them to take to crazy conversion rallies?
I mean it looks cool but I'd worry what would happen if it was driven over 20mph
