My first thought is that this looks like a Bond Bug rip off, what with the colour and everything. My second thought is that maybe this came first. The good folks at google were not particularly helpful as they suggest the the Mini Zup was a conventional 4 wheeled atrocity with the associated twin headlights. I am none the wiser.
