With regard to an earlier post about my Polar CS200CAD, which was not working properly. Well, I had to send it off to Polar for them to check it and repair it if necessary. It was a xmas pressie so still under warranty. I sent it off on Monday, it came back today all fixed. What an excellent service. They kept me informed regarding email to tell me they had received it and when they had posted it back to me. Now in this day and age of crap customer service I think that this is a shining example of how things should be done. Well done Polar.
