Yep, I get the feeling they were more concerned about the precious fuel being syphoned than the bike. :cursing:

A senior post. But of course, glad you reminded us of how senior you are. We may forget who our betters are otherwise.

I imagine Lincolnshire's relief at your decision not to go there was roughly similar to your relief at not going.

My brother got his bike stolen twice and did report it to police but unfortunately he didn't know the serial number. So I guess the bike couldn't be identified to him. So if the police found it I guess they couldn't of given it back.

So if your bike gets stolen the most important thing to have is the bikes serial number.
