And I'm actually in favour of them enforcing the law in Greenwich Park. Cyclists do tend to ignore the rules of the park and maybe it's time fines were handed out.

I'm all for disagreeing with rules and striving to change them lawfully but they shouldn't just be ignored without consequence

Same here, though I'm in Hampshire. There are some cyclists blatantly taking the piddle
