Poor birdy in Regents Park this morning...

  1. One like this but in black
Attached to it was a perplexed fellow, looking down on a tangled black pudding of innertube on his back wheel, with his tyre cuddling the rim in unusual fashion!
Schwalbe Marathon wheelbarrow tyre (it seemed like:smile: ) had been cut through by the brake block I'm guessing.
Anyway, got him going again - hopefully to Chamberlains AND I was wearing the CycleChat jersey...felt like an old fashioned AA man - nearly saluted when he said "thanks very much" etc...Then I came to my senses. He was most impressed with my rubber gloves though ;)
Anyway, don't much like the welding down the middle of these bikes - neat though it is. Anyone got one?

Well done fella, good on yer. Cyclists, generally speaking, do tend to help each other out but, London being London, I'm sure there were many that passed him by.

Those birdy's are kind of funky. There's a sportier one that I quite like but I can't ever see myself buying one.
