In much the same way my taste buds have evolved/changed with regard to red wine (in my teens, twenties and thirties it was an endurance test - now I quaff it back and savour it like some Greek God), I was a bit reluctant to try porridge pre-ride as suggested by some of you good people because I used to detest the stuff. Well, just like drinking red wine,I'm now a convert. And yes, I do use honey on it.
