Hi Maggot. There are several makes of portable loop systems on the market. Have you tried Googleing portable loop systems? A quick look found this here
Just reread your post and realize that you are looking for a recomendation. Tommorow I will have a look at the one's we use at work on the reception desks which are for single person to person use but may do a small group if they sat close.
