My Wife had this fitted on one of her bikes but couldn't get on with it and felt it to be a bit more "Hipster " than practical for her so it was only used half a dozen times.
It has been sitting in the shed for a couple of years and as we are having a bit of a clear out it is up for sale.
The wooden plate on the front is a bit faded at the top as you can see in the photo. The bag rolls up and clips together and has a blue waterproof lining. There is a shoulder strap attached.

There are better pictures and reviews available online.

Hello Mickle,
Yes, if you look at the photo with the wood furthest away you can see the brackets loosely attached with stainless steel.
It has a set of shims to adapt for different bar sizes.
I've just noticed a slight scuff on one side of the basket where there is a screw lug for attaching a light. My wife had a Hope light attached and it appears to have marked the rail above the attachment. I'll uploading a couple of photos to illustrate. ( The scuff is 6mm long, the photo makes it look worse than it is as the metal is shiny, )

245mm wide x 200 deep ( plus approx 35mm for the slot above the wooden label which I think is meant for dropping a D lock in ) x 120mm to top of basket proper, 170mm to top of brackets
