Possible changes to by-law access to MOD land in the general Aldershot area

There's a possible threat to access to MOD land in the general Aldershot area. Not sure exactly where this might effect but posssibly... Pirbright, Mytchett, Porridgepot, Ash, Frith etc. Maybe Minley and Barossa (part of the general Swinley area)???
