I think the easiest way to remember is that to remove the pedals the spanner must always turn towards the back wheel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It gets even more confusing when you've been brought up on commercial vehicles and MGB wire wheel nuts, right is left and left is right!

I use various couriers from my work unit, they all charge pretty much the same, that is a flat £15 + .50p per kilo. Next day service.

Depends if you position the spanner vertically above or vertically below the pedal, both are feasible!
